iFlytek said its 2025 annual profit distribution plan will be implemented, including a cash dividend of CNY 1 per 10 shares (tax included).
According to Jin10, the company said the plan was approved at a shareholders’ meeting on May 20, 2026. Based on its current total share capital of 2.402 billion shares, iFlytek said it expects to distribute total cash dividends of CNY 24.0208 million.
The record date is July 10, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is July 13.
The company said cash dividends for five shareholders, including China Mobile and Liu Qingfeng, will be paid directly by the company.
