Ukrainian officials reported strikes on a major oil terminal in St. Petersburg and the Kronstadt Naval Base on Friday and Saturday, with fires reported at both sites. Ukrainian authorities said Russia responded with missiles and drones that hit Kyiv early Monday, killing at least 11 people and heavily damaging residential high-rise buildings.
