According to CNBC, the Kremlin said U.S. President Donald Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin for 90 minutes over the weekend, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he separately spoke with Trump and agreed to continue talks at a NATO summit in Ankara starting Tuesday. Ukrainian officials reported strikes on a major oil terminal in St. Petersburg and the Kronstadt Naval Base on Friday and Saturday, with fires reported at both sites. Ukrainian authorities said Russia responded with missiles and drones that hit Kyiv early Monday, killing at least 11 people and heavily damaging residential high-rise buildings.
