Tencent Hunyuan has officially released Hy3.
According to Jin10, Tencent Hunyuan said Hy3 further improves the quality and diversity of post-training data based on a preview version, expands RL computing scale, and has made notable progress in tasks including reasoning, agents, and long-context processing.
Tencent Hunyuan said Hy3 achieved results comparable to larger flagship models in China and abroad, whose parameter sizes are often 2 to 5 times that of Hy3.
Tencent Hunyuan said Hy3 has been open-sourced under the Apache 2.0 license on GitHub, HuggingFace, ModelScope, and GitCode.
Tencent Hunyuan said that, benefiting from a series of software-and-hardware coordinated optimizations, it has further reduced Hy3’s API pricing on Tencent Cloud and lowered usage costs in products including WorkBuddy.
Hy3 API pricing per 1 million tokens was listed as 1 yuan for input, 4 yuan for output, and 0.25 yuan for input when a cache hit occurs.
