Shanghai Electric has established Shangdian Chengfa (Fushun) New Energy Co., Ltd. in Fushun with registered capital of RMB 1 million, according to 36Kr. Corporate registry information shows the company is legally represented by Du Zhichao and its business scope includes sales of machinery and electrical equipment as well as energy performance contracting. The venture is jointly owned by Shanghai Electric New Energy Development Co., Ltd., a Shanghai Electric unit, and Fushun Chengfa Construction Co., Ltd.
