Hossam Abdelmaguid converted Egypt’s fourth successful penalty kick as the Pharaohs knocked off Australia in the World Cup Round of 32 in Dallas on Friday, according to Yahoo Sports. The match finished 1-1 after 120 minutes, with Emam Ashour scoring in the 20th minute before Australia equalized 10 minutes into the second half on an own goal by Egypt defender Mohamed Hany.

Australia missed twice in the shootout, with Harry Souttar sending the first attempt over the bar and 18-year-old Lucas Herrington hitting the crossbar. Egypt’s win was its first-ever in a World Cup knockout round, and it will play the winner of Friday’s Argentina-Cape Verde match on Tuesday in Atlanta.
