韩国印制电路板暨半导体封装产业协会（KPCA）称，三星、SK海力士在与载板供应商的最新价格谈判中，要求载板厂调降报价，并有意撤回今年第1季平均约3%~4%的报价涨幅。
据Odaily星球日报报道，据悉今年初因金、铜等原材料上涨，三星和SK海力士接受载板厂约3%~4%的涨价；近期原物料价格波动趋缓后，认为下半年报价应恢复至调涨前水位。
