Michael Burry, the investor portrayed in the film The Big Short, said he has shorted Micron Technology shares at $1,051.87 and noted the stock’s deviation from its 200-day moving average is at its highest level since 1984.
According to Odaily, Burry also disclosed short positions in Nvidia, Applied Materials, and the iShares Semiconductor ETF on June 30.
Burry said AI-related chip stocks will face a 30% pullback.
