A wallet opened an 18x short position of 22,000 ETH yesterday, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi.
According to Odaily, the position had a notional value of about $37.59 million, with an entry price of $1,613.1.
The report said ETH was priced at $1,710.8 at the time of monitoring, with a liquidation price of $1,847.9.
Ai Yi estimated the position was showing an unrealized loss of about $2.123 million.
