Uniswap Labs聘请前Coinbase高管担任首席法务官

Uniswap Labs已聘请Coinbase前法务主管Katherine Minarik担任首席法务官。就在她上任的两个月前，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）表示可能会对Uniswap Labs涉嫌违反联邦证券法采取法律行动。Minarik此前在Coinbase任职四年，最近担任法务副总裁兼副总法律顾问。她将接替前Uniswap Labs首席法务官Marvin Ammori的职位。Ammori周一表示，他计划于11月转为兼职工作。
