China property developer Vanke (2202) said it has appointed Huang Yu as the company’s president, filling a role that has been vacant since Yu Liang resigned as president in January last year, according to Ming Pao.
Vanke said the appointment was made following a nomination by the company’s chairman, and Huang’s term will run from the date the board approves the appointment until the end of the 20th board’s term.
