Galaxy Futures Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to RMB 5 billion from RMB 4.5 billion, a rise of about 11%, according to 36Kr. Tianyancha data shows the company was founded in December 2006 and is legally represented by Wang Dong. Its business scope includes commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment consulting, asset management, and fund sales, and it is wholly owned by China Galaxy.
