A Suffolk County Superior Court judge has allowed Massachusetts authorities to file a 71-page amended complaint against Kalshi over its sports event contracts.
According to NS3.AI, the amended complaint alleges that Kalshi targets people under 21 and permits users who are at least 18 years old to create accounts and wager on sports events.
The dispute follows a January preliminary injunction that barred Kalshi from offering sports event contracts while the case was under review.
