JD.com’s “JD.com-Gaohe Modern Infrastructure Interbank REIT” began trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 30, 2026, according to 36Kr. The interbank REIT was jointly established by JD Property Development and Gaohe Capital, with Bohai Huijin Securities Asset Management serving as plan manager. The total investment size is about RMB 4.2 billion.
