According to Foresight News, Johnson said the new proposal would move most of the DAO’s operational authority and treasury control to the ENS Foundation.
The ENS Security Committee is intended to prevent malicious proposals from stealing assets from the ENS treasury. It holds a one-vote veto power over proposals.
