路透一项调查显示，随着中东现货原油市场因供应增加而大幅下跌，沙特阿拉伯可能将8月销往亚洲的原油官方售价大幅下调至四个月低点。
行业消息人士表示，旗舰产品阿拉伯轻质原油8月官方售价可能较迪拜/阿曼平均报价升水1.5至3美元/桶，较7月官方售价低出6.5至8美元/桶；其他沙特品级原油官方售价预计也将出现相同幅度下降。
在此次预期降价之前，中东现货原油市场近期显著恶化，迪拜现货价差本周转为贴水1.64美元/桶，为六年来最低水平。
