中国人民银行、海关总署发布关于《黄金及黄金制品进出口管理办法（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见的通知。据金十数据报道，通知称，除本办法第四条规定外，以个人携带、寄递合理自用数量为限进出境的，免予办理《中国人民银行黄金及黄金制品进出口准许证》。
