England defender Poppy Pattinson has extended her contract with London City Lionesses until summer 2029 after making her senior international debut in March 2026 during the 2027 Women’s World Cup qualifiers against Ukraine and Iceland, according to Yahoo Sports. The 26-year-old full-back missed much of last season due to injury and has previously played for WSL clubs Manchester City, Everton and Brighton.
