He advised project teams to use absolute terms such as “historic” and “first” more cautiously, and to let data and tangible progress support their messaging.
Cafiero also recommended maintaining a baseline of restraint and raising the volume only at genuinely important moments, arguing that this approach can help ensure messages are taken seriously when it matters.
