Bitcoin investment products recorded negative rolling one-year notional flows of -1,176 BTC as of June 18, marking the first negative reading since November 2023, a K33 report said.

According to Foresight News, global bitcoin ETP holdings have fallen 8% from their peak, which research head Vetle Lunde described as the largest pullback in both relative and nominal terms.

The report said global bitcoin ETPs currently hold 1,466,029 BTC, down 127,774 BTC from the peak, representing the largest decline on record.

While outflows have eased recently, average daily outflows over the past two weeks were 625 BTC, well below the 4,462 BTC average daily outflows recorded from May 11 to June 5, the report said. Despite the slowdown, overall flows remain negative.

Lunde said the pullback has moderated and helped bitcoin stabilize after significant selling pressure. However, the report noted that compared with the October 2025 high, ETPs still retain 92% of their asset exposure.
