Hon Hai Technology Group and Sharp announced that they have signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding to pursue new business opportunities in areas including AI infrastructure and robotics.
According to Jin10, the two companies said the agreement will establish a joint framework for research and development and commercialization cooperation.
They said the cooperation will focus on expanding opportunities across AI infrastructure, energy and ESG, robotics and intelligent automation, next-generation communications, and smart cities.
