Yau Lee Holdings (0406) reported a loss of HK$204 million for the year ended March 2026, widening from a loss of HK$98.884 million a year earlier, according to Ming Pao.
The company recorded a loss per share of HK$0.4652 and said it would maintain a decision not to declare a final dividend.
