Macau recorded 18.14 million inbound visitor arrivals in the first five months of this year, up 11.1% from a year earlier, according to Ming Pao, citing data from the Statistics and Census Service.
International visitors rose 8.7% year on year to 1.24 million over the period. Average length of stay for all visitors edged down 0.1 day from a year earlier to 1 day.
In May alone, Macau logged 3.487 million inbound visitors, up 3.4% year on year.
