Autonomous driving technology developer Momenta has uploaded documents showing it has passed its listing hearing on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (0388), signaling it may soon launch its IPO, according to Ming Pao.
CICC (3908) and Deutsche Bank are joint sponsors. Momenta previously filed confidentially, and market talk has put the fundraising size at $1 billion (about HK$7.8 billion).
