Phison Electronics CEO Pan Jiancheng said NAND flash supply remains tight and shortages are deepening, adding that the shortage trend is likely to be long-term and irreversible.
According to Jin10, Pan said the imbalance between supply and demand is expected to be significantly worse in the second half of this year than in the first half, and he expects conditions next year to be even more severe.
Pan said Phison’s orders have already been booked through the first and second quarters of 2027.
