Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva said five sections of a memorandum of understanding must be fully implemented before negotiations on the nuclear issue and the role of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
According to Jin10, the ambassador said the implementation of all five parts of the memorandum is a prerequisite for talks related to the nuclear file and the IAEA’s role.
