Hong Kong stocks opened higher, with the Hang Seng Index up 0.13% and the Hang Seng Tech Index up 0.04%, according to 36Kr. Semiconductor, food and beverage, and chemicals led gains, with Haitian Flavoring & Food, GigaDevice Semiconductor and Guoen Technology up more than 2%. Textiles and apparel, media, and software services lagged, with WeRide down more than 3%, NetEase Cloud Music down more than 2%, and Laopu Gold down more than 1%.
