Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) said it has added Aurum Foundation to its list of suspicious virtual asset trading platforms. According to ChainCatcher, the regulator said the entity claimed it was registered in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance and offered trading services on its website, including virtual assets, futures contracts, and derivatives.
The SFC said Aurum Foundation is not licensed by the regulator and is suspected of conducting unlicensed activities.
