盖洛普：科技业少用AI者裁员风险高3倍

盖洛普调查显示，在科技行业，工作中使用AI频率低于每月一次的员工，被裁概率是至少每月使用一次者的3倍。据 BeInCrypto 报道，约62%的被裁者称一年使用AI一次或更少，而在职者为50%；在职者中28%称频繁使用AI，被裁者为22%。盖洛普称差异具统计显著性，控制年龄、教育、行业及裁员时间后结论仍成立；科技从业者占被裁者13%、在职者仅6%。仅1%受访者将AI列为裁员主因，21%员工称雇主在2026年初裁员。
