朱鹤新：将推“一揽子”增量政策 改革FDI跨境政策并发放新一批QDII额度

中国人民银行副行长、国家外汇管理局局长朱鹤新在2026陆家嘴论坛表示，近期将新增推出“一揽子”增量政策。据明报报道，将全面改革FDI跨境政策，进一步简化ODI、外债等汇兑管理，优化外汇贷款、跨境股权激励等制度，并发放新一批QDII额度。
