传递娱乐前主席黄百鸣撤销保释即日入狱

传递娱乐（原天马影视）前主席黄栢鸣（艺名黄百鸣）就涉2017年怂使胞妹买入公司股票进行内幕交易一案，今日（17日）在西九龙裁判法院提讯。 据明报报道，黄栢鸣一方在庭上申请撤销担保，黄即时服刑；其胞妹早前被裁定内幕交易罪成，获利逾103万元，判监5个月，并需缴付罚款99,720元及向香港证券及期货事务监察委员会支付约37.43万元调查费用。
