Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing said it issued director unsuitability statements and censures against two former directors of Dingfeng Automobile (6878), which is in liquidation. According to Ming Pao, the individuals are former non-executive director Kang Fu-ming and former independent non-executive director Chan Nai-ko.
