美 CFTC 官网显示，CFTC 主席 Michael Selig 宣布两项人事任命。 据 Foresight News 报道，Donald Battle 出任首席数据创新官，加入数据部门并担任创新工作组成员；J Matthew Haws 出任主席办公室高级顾问及芝加哥地区负责人。
Battle 此前在 SEC 担任 Hester Peirce 委员加密工作组高级顾问，并曾在美 SEC 执法部门数据科学组担任助理主任，具备区块链取证、数据科学及 AI 解决方案经验，更早前曾在美国财政部金融犯罪执法网络（FinCEN）担任虚拟货币执法官员。
Haws 拥有逾 13 年全球金融机构衍生品监管咨询经验，此前任职 Marex 高级法律顾问及 Katten Muchin Rosenman 律所合伙人。
