渣打银行（Standard Chartered）数字资产研究主管Geoffrey Kendrick认为加密寒冬已过去，本轮周期低点为Bitcoin于6月5日触及的5.9万美元。 据 BeInCrypto 报道，其依据包括宏观压力缓解及Bitcoin现货ETF为SpaceX IPO抛售告一段落；同时资金费率均值约-3.9%、恐惧与贪婪指数接近20、Strategy连续两周增持（6月15日以1亿美元购入1,587枚BTC）及现货ETF在6月12日、6月15日恢复净流入。报道称，估值指标仍偏弱：Mayer Multiple约0.85且价格仍低于200日均线。
