Television Broadcasts (TVB) (0511) CEO Hui Tao said Guangdong viewers interacting with TVB via cable TV, mobile apps and social platforms represent a sizable and steadily growing share of its global users. According to Ming Pao, Hui said the group sees this audience as a core engine for operating growth and transformation, and that TVB plans to set up a regional headquarters in Qianhai as a key base to deepen its development in the Greater Bay Area.
