Winson Holdings (6080) reported a loss attributable to owners of about HK$19.1 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, versus a profit attributable to owners of about HK$4.4 million a year earlier. According to Ming Pao, the company posted a loss per share of 1.8 Hong Kong cents, compared with earnings per share of 0.5 Hong Kong cents in the prior year, and the board did not recommend a final dividend.
