BlackRock has filed a fourth, and possibly final, amended S-1 registration statement for its proposed iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA), disclosing a 0.65% management fee that is higher than some spot Bitcoin ETFs such as IBIT. According to ChainCatcher, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said the updated filing is the first to include the fund’s fee.
The proposed ETF is expected to pursue an income-enhancement approach by maintaining Bitcoin exposure and selling call options. Balchunas also said BITA is expected to be approved and listed soon.
