Strategy’s (MSTR) latest bitcoin purchase sparked an X dispute between Executive Chairman Michael Saylor and bitcoin advocate Matthew Kratter over whether the company’s most recent share sale was dilutive, according to CoinDesk, after Strategy’s BTC Yield fell to 12.8% from 13.0% between June 1 and June 8 following the acquisition of 1,550 BTC. Kratter said the drop shows dilution on a bitcoin-per-share basis as assumed diluted shares rose to 384.180 million from 382.756 million. Saylor said BTC Yield is a narrow KPI that excludes cash, citing about $100 million added to USD reserves, taking total USD reserves to $1 billion.
