6月3日消息，芯片制造商AMD首席执行官Lisa Su在COMPUTEX 2024展会上表示，其最新一代CPU可能会在2024年下半年上市。
与此同时，MI325X加速器将于2024年第四季度推出。此外，AMD将推出MI350芯片系列，预计于2025年上市。该系列将基于新的芯片架构。与现有的MI300系列人工智能芯片相比，MI350在推理（计算生成式AI响应的过程）方面的性能预计将提高35倍。
此外，AMD还将于2026年推出MI400系列，该系列将基于名为“Next”的架构。
