In response to Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino's implicit post on the X platform, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse replied: "I'm not attacking Tether... The next thing I say in the podcast is that I think Tether is a very important part of the ecosystem, and my point is that the US government has made it clear that they want more control over the issuers of dollar-backed stablecoins, so Tether, as the largest player, is on their radar."
