针对Tether首席执行官Paolo Ardoino在X平台的隐射发文，Ripple首席执行官Brad Garlinghouse回复称：“我并不是在攻击Tether……在播客中我说出的下一句话是，我认为Tether是生态系统中非常重要的一部分，我的观点是，美国政府已明确表示他们希望对美元支持的稳定币发行人拥有更多控制权，因此，Tether作为最大的参与者，就在他们的视线之内。”
