SOL treasury company MemeStrategy raises approximately HK $84 million through share offering

According to the announcement of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the SOL treasury company MemeStrateg (fan strategy) announced that a total of 49,049,824 shares have been issued to subscribers. The transaction raised a total of 84.07 million Hong Kong dollars (about 10.82 million US dollars), and the net proceeds were 83.72 million Hong Kong dollars. The relevant funds will be used to explore blockchain solutions and real-world asset-related businesses. The company disclosed this week that it has increased its holdings of 2440 SOL, and the total number of SOL tokens held so far has reached 12,290.
