日本拟将加密资产纳入证券监管框架

日本金融厅（FSA）周三发布金融制度审议会工作小组的最新报告，提出计划将加密资产的监管基础，从现行的《支付服务法》（PSA）转移至主要针对投资与证券市场的《金融商品交易法》（FIEA）。报告指出，加密资产在国内外正日益成为投资目标，因此需要以金融产品的标准进行用户保护。
