Binance flash exchange will support the US dollar (USD) exchange service

According to the official announcement, Binance Flash Exchange will support US dollar (USD) exchange services. From 23:00 Beijing time on November 18, users can trade US dollars against BTC, USDT and other tokens for free on Binance Flash Exchange, or start trading within 1 hour after the US dollar goes live for spot trading.
