According to an official disclosure from World Liberty Financial, the company announced the appointment of Mack McCain as general counsel.
A graduate of the University of Southern California and Washington University in St. Louis, Mack McCain previously served as Chief of Staff and Deputy General Counsel for Regulatory Affairs at Robinhood, where he was responsible for legal strategy for international brokerage, artificial intelligence, and advisory businesses. He previously served as General Counsel at Arta Finance and as Senior Legal Lead at Schwab and Scottrade, and has more than a decade of experience guiding top Financial Institution Groups through complex regulatory environments.
World Liberty Financial said its leadership will play a key role as the company continues to build an open and compliant digital finance future.
