On October 29th, the Ministry of Finance released the economic operation of state-owned and state-owned enterprises nationwide from January to September 2025. Data show that from January to September, the total operating income of state-owned enterprises was 61.32905 trillion yuan, an increase of 0.9% year-on-year; the total profit of state-owned enterprises was 3.16703 trillion yuan, a decrease of 1.6% year-on-year; state-owned enterprises should pay taxes and fees of 4.41454 trillion yuan, an increase of 0.5% year-on-year. At the end of September, the asset-liability ratio of state-owned enterprises was 65.2%, an increase of 0.2 percentage points year-on-year.
