Shutter reduces the MEV problem in the blockchain and protects the privacy of transactions through threshold encryption technology. The technology originally adopted the encryption method of each block cycle, but has been improved to transaction-by-transaction encryption and has been launched on the RPC endpoint of Gnosis Chain.
