香港金管局透露，截至9月30日已收到36家机构提交的稳定币牌照申请，包括银行、科技企业等多类机构。金管局将按《稳定币条例》审批，争取明年初公布首批牌照，且首阶段只发数个牌照。此前，金管局曾鼓励有意申请牌照的机构于8月31日或之前联系金管局，并于9月30日或之前提交申请。（每经网）
