Jito Labs and two of its executives will be "unprejudiced" from Burwick Law's lawsuit against Pump Fun after settling after 5,000 chat logs were leaked.
Law firm Burwick and Wolf Popper, which represented plaintiffs Diego Aguilar, Kendall Carnahan and Michael Okafor, told Judge Colleen McMahon on Friday that they would withdraw the charges against Jito Labs, the Jito Foundation, CEO and chief operating officer Lucas Bruder and Brian Smith.
The letter did not say why the plaintiffs reached the agreement with Jito Labs, and Judge McMahon has not yet granted the order. However, a second amendment filed last week by legal counsel indicated that one defendant would be removed to "further narrow the case."
