Broker KBW disclosed that, judging by the timeline of the ongoing litigation between the Securities Exchange Commission and Coinbase, Robinhood shareholders do not expect to be fully informed of the outcome of any legal case until the end of 2025. KRW previously said in its report that Robinhood is likely to fight the SEC in court and is more likely to win than most US competitors if in a similar situation.
