On September 17, Li Jiachao, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, delivered a new policy address at the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region today (17th). Li Jiachao said that Hong Kong will give full play to its own advantages and contribute to the country. Li Jiachao pointed out that the pace of mainland enterprises "going overseas" has accelerated significantly, and the SAR government will integrate mainland offices and set up a "special class for mainland enterprises going overseas".
